Villa Vue d'Arie is a spacious villa for six persons with private pool and internet. An oasis of tranquility. Absolute privacy on both the terraces as well as by the pool. The villa is situated on the southern slope at the edge of Beaufort. Due to the higher location, you have a splendid view over the vineyards and the villages Oupia and Olonzac to the Pyrenees.

Entrance with toilet and sink. Through the hall you enter the spacious living and dining room with a cozy seating area. Flatscreen TV with satellite and Dutch and French channels. There is a radio/CD player. Generously filled bookcase. The living room has a fireplace, great for cooler periods. Connecting the modern, luxury kitchen with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, dishwasher, two refrigerators, one with freezer compartment and built-in freezer. Filter Coffee, Senseo and Magimix espresso. The kitchen is well equipped for six persons. The windows in the kitchen are fitted with mosquito nets. Through the French doors you walk to the covered terrace. From the hallway you walk down the hall with two bathrooms, the first with shower and sink. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, water heater and household goods (including iron and ironing board). Second spacious bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet. The bathroom windows have screens. The villa has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 have each french doors to the south. Both rooms have two single beds of 90x200cm. The third bedroom has french doors that lead to the pool terrace. This room has a double bed of 160x200cm (2x80x200cm). For all beds are single duvets available.Throughout the house are tiled floors without barriers.You can use the internet.
Villa Vue d'Arie has a mature garden with Mediterranean vegetation. The property is partially fenced.
The swimming pool (8x4 meters, from 1.00 to 1.8m) with Roman steps is located on the side of the villa. There are plenty of sunbeds. On the terraces and at the pool you have plenty of privacy. On the covered terrace a gas grill is available. The house is located on a dead end street.
Historic Chateau Beaufort lies in view and within walking distance of the house. The fantastic wide sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 45 minutes away and offer something to children of all ages ((kite-)surf and sailing lessons, carting, etc.). Carcassone is the former capital of the Cathars. The impressive Cité houses the largest European medieval city and is a fascinating day trip (30-45 minutes away). Of course there is the fascinating nature for the active holiday seeker (mountain biking, race biking, running, hiking, canoeing, etc). And in the winter skiing in the Pyrenees is an option at 2 hours from Le Msitral. Barcelona is a 2-3 hour trip away.
