Villa d'Oc is a beautiful villa for eight persons with private swimming pool.
The Villa sleeps eight persons, having four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the privacy of a beautiful swimming pool, spacious terrace and tranquil gardens. There is free WiFi connection. This villa stands on its own grounds of around 3000 m² and is very secluded.
The front door opens onto the bright living room with a dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: An fridge with freezer, combi microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
At the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other bedroom with a bunk bed.
The luxury bathroom has a bath, showercabinet and a double washbasin.
At the second floor you will find a bathroom with shower cabinet and toilet. 2 bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200cm, one of them also has a balcony. There is sufficient cupboard and storage space in all bedrooms.
Utility Room: Contains washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cleaning equipment etc.
Free WIFI is provided in the villa.
There is a well maintained enclosed garden around the house and of course the swimming pool which is very private and not over looked.
The pool is 10m x 5m with Roman steps at one end and diving board at the deep end. There is a covered terrace for dining and a barbeque.
On the large patio there are garden chairs, tables and sunloungers, as well as a stone barbecue. Around the swimming pool there is a hedge for your security. You can enjoy the sun or enjoy the shadow under the trees all through the day.
This villa is beautifully situated in the village Soleil d'Oc-Pouzols and has an exceptional view over the vineyards of the Minervois.
Really good shopping you do in Olonzac, which is only a few kilometres away. Every Tuesday there is a large street market which is extremely popular, where you can wander around or sit at Café de la Poste with coffee and croissant fresh from the bakery across the road. There is also a large supermarket 1.5km from the center.
Just 2km from Olonzac is Homps on Canal du Midi. Here there are more restaurants, a bar and a useful supermarket which is open seven days a week, late even on Sunday.
Close by there is the Lac du Jouarres where you can go swimming, canoeing, sailing and more. There is also a restaurant where you can take refreshment overlooking the water.
Minerve is a few kilometers away with a most interesting Cathar history and is classified as ‘one of the most beautiful villages in France’. The nearby Gorges of the Cesse and Brian make a memorable impression. There are many bike and hiking trails in this area.
To the west, about 40 mins drive, is the amazing Cite de Carcassonne, a must for any visitor. Drive in the easterly direction for about the same distance and you can visit the cities of Beziers or Narbonne. Here you can find the long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.
