This beautiful renovated former winery with private swimming pool is suitable for nine to eleven people and offers a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and internet access. The villa is a true surprise on the inside and is completely finished. Valoriane is beautifully situated in the middle of the nice village Aigues-Vives and is fully enclosed by a wall. This holiday home has a garden where you can enjoy the sun as well as the shade.

This beautiful winery (280 m ²) has been completely renovated by the owner. The villa has many characteristic features such as high ceilings, wine barrels and beams.
The living room has an open kitchen, including kitchen unit with barstools. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. There is a five ring gas stove, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave and filter coffee maker. From the kitchen there are small steps up to the utility room. Here you will find the washing machine, drying rack, ironing board with iron and an extra fridge with freezer compartment.
In the living room there is a sofa with coffee table and a TV set (French channels). In the living room you will find a large pool table to make it even cozier.
A large wooden dining table with ten dining chairs makes it complete. The house is decorated in modern style but with the authentic elements. In the living room is a staircase where you can enter the first floor.
Villa Valoriane offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed size 160 x 200 cm, one bedroom is equipped with a double bed size 140 x 200 cm. All double beds have one big mattress with a double duvet. On this floor you will find four bathrooms, two with bath/shower and the other two bathrooms have a walk-in shower. Each bathroom offers a toilet and washbasin. On the first floor there is also a separate toilet.
Free WiFi internet access (router) is available. The ground floor and the first floor (landing) are equipped with airconditioning.
Valoriane is situated on a spacious plot of 900 m ². The private pool is centrally located in front of the house in the garden and has a size of 6 x 4 meters. The swimming pool with walk-in stairway, has a rectangular shape. Around the pool there is a landscaped lawn where one can relax in the sun as well in the shade. There is also a swing for the children. To enjoy the French evenings a charcoal barbecue is available on which you can prepare delicious dishes. There is a parking lot with space for four cars.
Valoriane is located in the centre of the village Aigues Vives. Aigues-Vives is a very nice village with a bakery and for small shopping you can go to two supermarkets (small convenience store). There is also a hairdresser!
The village is surrounded by other villages which are well worth a visit. In Aigne (2 km) there is a restaurant ”Lo Cagarol” where you can enjoy a wonderful lunch and dinner. The picturesque village of Aigne is a point of interest, with the old core in the form of a snail shell. In the old homes in this escargot are several galleries located where painters and other artists exhibit and sell their products. Minerve (10 km) is a great village to visit.
