The other bathroom has a sink, walk in shower and toilet.
The various garden with palm trees is paved with gravel paths and has a wonderful view. The private swimming pool of 10x5m is fully tiled and has built in Roman stairs. There is an outdoor shower available. It’s a pleasure to relax in the Jacuzzi/Spa and enjoy the views or the starry skies on clear nights. Beautiful spacious covered terrace. The terrace near the house is tiled and the paths around the house are of gravel. The site is a completely fenced, lockable area, through an iron gate and walls. This villa is beautifully situated in the village Oupia and has an exceptional view over the vineyards of the Minervois. Small shopping items you do at the nearby grocery store and bread shop. And really good shopping you do in Olonzac, which is only a few kilometres away. You can have your lunch or dinner at nice cosy restaurant L'Asphodèle in the village of Oupia.
The fantastic wide sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 45 minutes away and offer something to children of all ages ((kite-)surf and sailing lessons, carting, etc.). Carcassonne is the former capital of the Cathars. The impressive Cité houses the largest European medieval city and is a fascinating day trip (30-45 minutes away). Of course there is the fascinating nature for the active holiday seeker (mountain biking, race biking, running, hiking, canoeing, etc). And in the winter skiing in the Pyrenees is an option at 2 hours from the villa. Barcelona is a 2-3 hour trip away.
