Septentrion is suitable for four persons and has a private pool en stunning view (South-East) over the valley and onto the mountains. The villa is situated on a large private plot (privacy and sheltered from the Tramontane). The villa offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Internet is available in the villa.

The villa has a spacious atmospheric living/dining room furnished with a sofa set, buffet, table and six chairs. From the dining room you go through large sliding doors to a covered terrace. A television is available. When the weather is colder you have the opportunity to enjoy the fireplace and this makes the villa very suitable for winter. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with electric stove with hood, dishwasher, oven, grill and all the necessary kitchen equipment for six people. In the utility room you will find an American fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The two cosy bedrooms with French doors are located at the sun terrace and private pool. There are two double beds (180x200cm and 160x190cm). Single duvets are available. One room with the private possessions of the owner is locked. The bathroom has a bath, bathroom furniture and double sink. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The garage is used as a storage space instead of using it as parking space. Internet is available in the villa.
The private pool has a size of 8 x 4 meter and is equipped with a built-in stair and a solar cover for boosting the water temperature in spring and autumn. There are beautiful terraces with sun beds, chairs and a barbecue at the private swimming pool. On the front of the villa there are also covered terraces with garden furniture.
Septentrion is located in the small village Beaufort. This village is only a few kilometres away from Olonzac, where one will find all kinds of stores. There are no stores in Beaufort. On a daily base vans come along in Beaufort with fruits and vegetables and you can get all kinds of bread in the post Office of Beaufort. In Olonzac there is also a supermarket just outside the village. On Tuesday morning there is a market in Olonzac. South of Olonzac is a large lake "Lac de Jouarres", where you can surf, sail and swim. In Homps (a few kilometres from Olonzac) are the harbours of the Canal du Midi. You can also rent boats over there for a day trip. There is an excellent restaurant in the former school of Beaufort.
