La Récolte is a totally renovated villa in a little village called Pouzols. About 1,5 km from Pouzols in the middle of the wineyards there is Soleil d’Oc with its detached villa which stands on its own grounds. The private swimming pool 8x4 meter is fitted with a built-in roman stairway. The villa is completly furnished and consists of a spacious living-room with a new open kitchen, two two-persons’ bedrooms, one bathroom, and private terraces.

There is an elegantly furnished living-room, flatscreen TV with digital satellite receiver, radio, DVD-player, the diningroom doors open to the terraces. Dining area with table and chairs. The living room opens onto a conservatory with a sofa and two chairs.The kitchen is completely fitted with a fridge, ceramic hob, coffee-machine, Senseo, dishwasher and micro-wave. There are a washing-machine and an iron, too. In both bedrooms there are two one-person’s-beds. The bathroom has got a shower, a double wash-basin and a toilet.
The villa has a driveway with enough parking space. There are enough garden-chairs and tables on the terraces.
Behind the house you will find the swimming pool (8x4m). There are sunloungers and cushions. At the swimming-pool there is an illuminated terrace with a maximum of privacy, and a magnificent view. There is also an electric barbeque available.
This villa is beautifully situated in the village Soleil d'Oc-Pouzols and has an exceptional view over the vineyards of the Minervois.Really good shopping you do in Olonzac, which is only a few kilometres away. The fantastic wide sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 45 minutes away and offer something to children of all ages ((kite-)surf and sailing lessons, carting, etc.). Carcassonne is the former capital of the Cathars. The impressive Cité houses the largest European medieval city and is a fascinating day trip (30-45 minutes away). Of course there is the fascinating nature for the active holiday seeker (mountain biking, race biking, running, hiking, canoeing, etc). And in the winter skiing in the Pyrenees is an option at 2 hours from the villa. Barcelona is a 2-3 hour trip away.
