The villa stands on its own spacious grounds of 3000m². The swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters has a Roman stairway. The fence around the swimmingpool can be locked from the terrace (photos). The villa has a large garden with a lawn. There is a BBQ and on the field is a swingset for the childeren. On the terrace is a comfortable lounge set and a terraceheater, so you can enjoy the evenings outside for a long time
The pool heater will only be turned on at the request of the tenant at the price of € 45,00 (travel costs and turning on and off).
Felines has a free tenniscourt. Within walking distance you can find the grocer, butcher and wine merchant, there is a post office and a petrol station. In the surrounding area you can go walking or cycling; golfing (±20km); tennis in the village itself; windsurfing and sailing on Lac de Jouares; visit the beaches on the coast; or even make daytrips to the larger cities of Narbonne, Carcasonne or Béziers with their tourist attractions. In the winter months the ski resorts are easily reachable by car.
