Les Vents d'Ange is suitable for eight people and is situated on a hillside on the outskirts of the village of Conilhac-Corbières. The luxuriously furnished villa offers absolute privacy and tranquility. The villa has a spacious garden and two terraces where you can enjoy the sun and shade.

You enter the villa (200 square meters) on the ground floor through the hallway/entrance with a separate toilet, a spacious living room with beautiful tiled floor. There are two large sofas and chairs. In addition to the seating area there is a wooden dining table with dining chairs.
The beautiful open kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and vitro ceramic hob. There is a utility room with storage cabinets, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. In the garage there is also a refrigerator with freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with two white chairs.
There are four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200cm double bed and one bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for two persons and a full pull out bed for one person. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the ground floor is a bedroom but this bedroom is locked.
Les Vents d'Ange has a large professionally landscaped garden with approximately 180 square meters tiled terraces in natural stone, around the private pool. On hot days you can relax outside under the covered terrace with lounge chairs and a large hammock. There is a covered terrace, so you can eat in the shade in summer.
The private pool 10x5m can be heated so the water is pleasant in the off-peak. The pool has a ladder and has a depth of 1.50 m.
There is a petanque and a very large garden with vineyard and fruit trees. The garden is equipped with a gas barbecue. There is a carport for one car.
The pool heater will only be turned on at your request. The costs are € 45.00 (including costs for relocation, turning on and off). These costs will be charged on the services invoice.
Les Vents d'Ange is a villa on a slope in a new residential area on the outskirts of the village of Conilhac. In the village is a bakery where you can buy your bread. The villa is located about 25 km from the coast (Narbonne-Plage) and 35 km from Carcassonne and it is 4 km drive from the highway-exit Narbonne-Toulouse.
On a 4 km distance you will have all the amenities at Lezignan with Intermarché, Carrefour, a store where you can buy fresh fish, bakeries, pharmacy and Mac Donald’s.
