Les Veinards is a luxurious villa in Beaufort (Hérault) for six persons with private pool and jacuzzi. The villa lies nestled against the foothills of the Montagne Noire, on the edge of the picturesque vine growers village of Beaufort (2 km from the provincial town Olonzac) on a terrain of 2500 m2. It has a panoramic view across the wineyards in the valley to the village Oupia. In pretty gardens, the house opens onto the sunny and covered terraces and azure blue private pool (which can be heated) and SPA. There are sun loungers and garden chairs where you can relax on.

Entrance hall. Spacious sitting/diningroom with a Smart tv (satellite reception), Blue ray player for DVD & CD and also a wood-burning stove and bookcase. Open kitchen (L-form) with all modern comfort like a microwave, dishwasser, Senseo, Traditional coffemaker, Nespresso and fridge/freezer. Dining area with table and chairs. Utility room with e.g. washingmachine, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The house is fully equipped for max. 6 persons.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160x200 and double duvet and two bedrooms with 4 single beds of 90x200 and single duvets. There are enough wardrobes in all bedrooms. Bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Second bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The private pool with built-in Roman stairway and mesures 8 x 4 m. For the security it is surrounded by a hedge. There is a spacious covered terrace of 20m2 and between the villa and swimmingpool there is a terrace of 90m2 for great sunbathing. Behind the villa you will find a sheltered terrace with Roman sit and stone barbecue.You can park your car under the carport. The garden is equipped with playing equipment for the children, like a swing set.
The pool heater will only be turned on at the request of the tenant at the price of € 45,00 (travel costs and turning on and off).
Historic Chateau Beaufort lies in view and within walking distance of the house. The fantastic wide sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 45 minutes away and offer something to children of all ages ((kite-)surf and sailing lessons, carting, etc.). Carcassone is the former capital of the Cathars. The impressive Cité houses the largest European medieval city and is a fascinating day trip (30-45 minutes away). Of course there is the fascinating nature for the active holiday seeker (mountain biking, race biking, running, hiking, canoeing, etc). And in the winter skiing in the Pyrenees is an option at 2 hours from the villa. Barcelona is a 2-3 hour trip away.
