Ground floor
Large hall with access to two bedrooms, bathroom, second toilet and laundry.
Bedrooms: two spacious double bedrooms (about 16-18m2) with beds mattress size 2x80x200cm and 2x80x210cm (extra length) including single duvets (150x200cm), German and English antique wardrobes. Bathroom 1: shower (90x90cm) with nice big glass doors and toilet with special electric turbo heater on the wall. There is a separate utility area for the washing machine, laundry, iron, ironing board and sleeve ironing board.
Kitchen (approx 9m2 with stairs to first floor), living room (approx. 20m2) with a sofa, several armchairs, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo/CD system. There is a wooden dining table with chairs. Second toilet, storage closet.
Kitchen: ceramic hob (four elements), hood with halogen lighting, electric combi-microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer combination, stainless steel sink with large mixer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and sufficient professional Fissler pans and kitchen accessories. This kitchen is suitable for six people. This villa is completely electric heated.

The double doors give access to the fantastic terrace (25m2). Here it is lovely to stay in the sun during the day and evening, the sunset colours with an enchanting mountains of the Grand Massif and the contours of Lodève. The stone tiled terrace overlooking the South has large oleanders.
Kitchen: cooking island with modern induction cooker (four elements), freely suspended hood with halogen lighting, electric oven, large refrigerator/freezer combination, dishwasher, large double sink, coffeemaker, toaster, professional Fissler pans and sufficient kitchen accessories. The kitchen is suitable for ten people.

Bedrooms: three bedrooms (approx 11m2) with two bedrooms with beds with mattress size 140x200cm (double duvets of 240x200cm) and one bedroom with a bunk bed with mattress size 90x200cm, these beds have single duvets (150x200cm). Holland Antique linen closet in one of the bedrooms and clothes racks in the other bedrooms. All rooms have large windows with shutters. Bathroom 2: shower (100x80cm) with glass sliding doors, sink with disposal area and outlet.
Garden and terrace: the large area (8000 m2) contains many trees and shrubs, such as: arbousiers, chestnut, olive, mimosa and various fruit trees (figs, pears, apples, blue and yellow mirabelles). The whole area is accessible. The private garden has a large teak dining table (ten people) and heavy teak benches, chairs and stacking chairs, situated under a beautiful tree and mimosa-bushes. The garden is accessible by the first floor terrace (about 25m2) and external staircase or along the ground floor covered terrace (approx. 15 m2). There is a barbecue. Tastefully second terrace with lovely oval teak dining table (six people). Several seats in a natural environment. At night, the illuminated terraces are surrounding the villa. For children there are swings. The swimming pool is located in the vineyard on the south side of the villa, with all day sun, size 11x5 meter, maximum depth of 1.80 metres. Surrounded by about 75 m2 tiled terrace with luxurious sun beds. Swimming pool and terrace have night lighting.
