The attractively furnished living/dining room is about 40m² and has a wood stove, there is television with satellite dish for digital reception of ia Dutch channels. There is also internet available. From the living room you get to the covered terrace with lovely views. By stairs you descend to the tiled terrace and pool. The spacious kitchen has a large sink, ceramic hob and microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and sufficient kitchen utensils for six persons. There are three spacious bedrooms of 9, 10 and 23m², one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and two bedrooms with each two single beds. The bedrooms have ample closet space. There are two very spacious bathrooms which are both equipped with a bathroom cabinet with double sink, large corner shower and a toilet. Also the bathrooms have underfloor heating. The whole villa has a climate/cooling installation.
Fully landscaped garden with private pool. The swimming pool with Roman steps is approximately 8x4m and is tiled with glass mosaic. The garden has some beautiful palm trees and an irrigation system. A rotary dryer is available. There is also a jeu de boules lawn. Of course there is a barbecue. There is a carport where your car can stand in the shade. The terrace at the house and to the pool is tiled and the trails around the house are made of gravel.

This villa is beautifully situated in the village Oupia and has an exceptional view over the vineyards of the Minervois. Small shopping items you do at the nearby grocery store and bread shop. And really good shopping you do in Olonzac, which is only a few kilometres away. You can have your lunch or dinner at nice cosy restaurant L'Asphodèle in the village of Oupia.
The fantastic wide sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 45 minutes away and offer something to children of all ages ((kite-)surf and sailing lessons, carting, etc.). Carcassonne is the former capital of the Cathars. The impressive Cité houses the largest European medieval city and is a fascinating day trip (30-45 minutes away). Of course there is the fascinating nature for the active holiday seeker (mountain biking, race biking, running, hiking, canoeing, etc). And in the winter skiing in the Pyrenees is an option at 2 hours from the villa. Barcelona is a 2-3 hour trip away.
