Vigne du Paradis is located on a partially fenced area of approximately 2.000m². The luxurious, modern villa, situated in an unique location facing south, offers absolute privacy and tranquillity. Entrance hall with separate toilet, spacious living room with white wash laminate flooring, modern lounge with audio equipment, flat screen satellite TV (including English channels) and open kitchen with luxury fittings and appliances (total approx 80m²). There is a decorative fireplace available with release of heat. The living room and kitchen are air conditioned and all rooms have heating. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, design fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine etc. There are enough utensils to enjoy cooking. Through the hallway you enter the spacious master bedroom with a double bed (box spring, 2x90x200cm) with topper (180x200cm), with spacious en suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet with mosaic flooring. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with an infrared sauna. From this bedroom you enter through the patio door directly onto the covered terrace by the pool.
The second bedroom has a double bed (box spring, 2x90x200cm) with topper (180x200cm) - with its own shower and washbasin. Here you will also find the laundry with washer and dryer. The third bedroom has also a double bed (two box spring mattresses of 90x200 cm). All bedrooms have wardrobes. The beds have single duvets. The guesthouse is located directly at the pool, has a living/bedroom with a bed of 160x200cm (duvet 220 x 240cm), sofa, kitchen corner with fridge and freezer, coffee machine (Puc, suitable for Senseo pads), stereo/cd-player, separate shower, small washbasin and toilet. This villa has free internet access.
In the wonderful spacious south facing garden is the swimming pool of 4x9m (1.50m deep) with spacious terraces all day in the sun.
There are eight sun beds and under the covered terrace you will find a dining table with eight chairs. There is also a spacious lounge sofa. The Mediterranean garden is fanciful with authentic ancient walls and provides plenty of shade spots. There is a barbecue.
Right from the house various hiking pads start which lead through the vineyards. Within walking distance of the villa there is a small shop for everyday necessities. Castelnau d'Aude has its own wine farmer who talks passionately about his wonderful wines. In the nearby village Escales you will find the restaurant L'Escale des Gourmets, open daily for lunch and dinner. Sheltered in the valley between the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees to the river Aude and the Canal du Midi, about halfway between the medium-sized cities of Carcassonne and Narbonne, about 30 km from the Mediterranean Sea.
In the village of La Rédorte (2 km ) you will find a supermarket, bakery and kiosk. The area lends itself extremely well for bicycling, when you love flat paths, you can endlessly cycle along the Canal du Midi. Sports enthusiasts can have fun in the Montagne Noir and the nearby Pyrenees. The villa is situated on a mountain bike route, ideal for exploring the region. Wind surfing, kayaking, tennis, golf, horse riding, etc. can be practiced in the area. Cities with a rich cultural history: Narbonne, Carcassonne, Beziers, Perpignan, they are easy to find. Even Barcelona is a possibility to visit.
