The living room is to the south, in the center of the living room there's a fireplace, dining area which is separated by the fireplace from the sitting area.
The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave with grill, induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and Senseo coffee machine. The house has 4 bedrooms, three on the ground floor: one with a large 160 bed, one with two single beds and the third room with a single bed with a trundle, suitable for two people. On the first floor there is also a large bedroom with a bed of 160. Two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower, bath and double wash basins. the second bathroom on the first floor has a shower and wash basin. Each floor has a separate toilet. On the first floor you will also find a home cinema (127 cm plasma screen, satellite TV, DVD and CD) and a play area for children.
