On the outskirts of the village of Saint Couat d'Aude, among the vineyards of the Minervois, the comfortable furnished villa Le Bon is situated on 900m². This villa with private pool has a large terrace on the south and a beautiful view on the Alaric, spur of the Pyrenees. The swimming pool (8x4m, depth 1.40 till 1.60cm ) has walk in stairs. The house was built in 1997 and has a beautiful walled and mature garden with various fruit trees. The garden has much privacy and there are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade under the trees.

Living room with sun lounge adjacent to the pool, well-fitting furniture, flat screen TV with satellite receiver, DVD player and a computer corner with internet access. The two bedrooms have double beds (160x200cm, separate mattresses) with single duvets. One bedroom has a safe. Bathroom with double washbasin and bath with shower. Separate toilet.
The new kitchen is equipped with the lattest appliances, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker, juicer and toaster (for bread). Pantry with washer and dryer. There are also a table grill, gourmet set, ironing board and iron.
This villa has air conditioning, all rooms are electric heated.
At the pool sufficient garden furniture, sun beds and pillows are available. On the terrace (150m2) there is a barbecue. You can park your car on the own parking space. At 200 metres you will find a tennis court and a play area for children. is a small wine village situated near the larger town Lézignan. In the village you will find a bakery where you can get your daily bread. There are larger supermarkets in Lézignan with a lively market every Wednesday.
In the village of Saint Couat d'Aude you can play tennis and petanque. In the river Aude big fishes can be catched and on the river can be canoed. At 2.5 kilometres from the village St. Couat in Puicheric you will find necessary shops and in Lezignan (10 km) there are several large supermarkets. Carcassonne is famous for the medieval Cité and Narbonne is also very worthwhile. Would you plan visits sites from the time of the Cathars, there are plenty of options, such as Minerve village (19 km). The distance to the Mediterranean Sea is about 40 km. Only a few kilometres away from St. Couat, there’s the famous Canal du Midi. The distances to Perpignan, Barcelona and Andorra are resp. 95, 290 and 250 km.
