La Pampa is a 4-persons villa with a magnificent view, which has lots of privacy. The villa stands in its own grounds of 4.400m2 from which you can directly go walking or mountain-biking in the nature reserve “du Haut-Languedoc”. It is situated about 3km from Cesseras in the Hameau of Mont Célèbre. The private swimming pool 8 x 4 meter sits a little lower than the house and is fitted with a built-in roman stairway.

You enter the villa by the kitchen. There is a elegantly furnished living-room, flat screen TV with digital satellite receiver, DVD-player, the kitchen doors open to the terraces. Dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is completely fitted with two fridges, ceramic hob, coffee-machine, Senseo, dishwasher and micro-wave. There are a washing-machine and an ironing equipment. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a wardrobe and double boxspringbed 1.60m x 2.00m. Next to the master bedroom there is a bathroom with a shower, bath, a double wash-basin and toilet situated. There’s also a baby’s cot available. The second bedroom has two one-person’s-boxspring beds. The second bathroom has got a shower, and a double wash-basin.Separate second toilet. The villa has an internet connection.
The villa has a driveway with enough parking space. There are enough garden-chairs and tables on the several terraces. Behind the house you will find the private swimming pool (8m x 4m) there are sun loungers and cushions. At the swimming-pool there is an illuminated terrace with a maximum of privacy and a magnificent view. There is a outside shower near the swimming pool. There also is a electric barbeque available.
Cesseras is a small village with 400 inhabitants. In Casseras you can find different campsites and a bar too. Really good shopping you do in Olonzac, which is only 5 kilometres away. In Olonzac is every tuesday morning you can go to the local market. The old town of Minerve is situated 8,5 kilometers away from Casseras and form a part of the 140 most beautiful villages of France. There are a lot of hinking and cycling opportunities in the game reserve of the Haut Languedoc.
