La Cave is a fantastic villa with private swimming pool and jacuzzi (hot tub) in Beaufort, with a magnificent view over the valley and the Pyrenees in the distance, it stands in its own grounds of at least 2000m². Private swimming pool which can be heated, 10 x 5 meter with built-in Roman stairway. At the top of the stairway is special shallow section for children (50cm). Terraces around the pool have sunloungers, chairs and parasol and a wall that acts as a suntrap. Internet acces is available.

Attractively furnished spacious lounge/dining room (55m²) with French doors opening on to the covered patio. Includes two sofas, dresser, table and 6 chairs, also a colour T.V. with digital satellite reception and a radio/CD/stereo combination. For colder periods there is a wood fire.
The kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob, steam oven, Senseo dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
3 comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds 160x200cm, which have doors opening onto the sun terrace and swimming pool. The third bedroom has 2 single beds 90x200cm. In one of the bedrooms there's a bunk bed, ( 8 single duvets are avaliable). 2 bathrooms, one with bath, separate douche, washbasin unit and toilet, the other with douche, wash basin and toilet. The house is also suitable for winter rentals, is insulated and centrally heated in all rooms.
The Jacuzzi is situated in the garden. Should the water in the pool be too cold for you, you can luxuriate in the Jacuzzi’s warm, bubbling water. You, of course, have the advantage of being able to use it all year round, thus also at Christmas or Easter. Imagine a delightful evening, gazing at the stars from the Jacuzzi (glass of wine in your hand).
The pool heater will only be turned on at the request of the tenant at the price of € 45,00 (travel costs and turning on and off).
Historic Chateau Beaufort lies in view and within walking distance of the house. The fantastic wide sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 45 minutes away and offer something to children of all ages ((kite-)surf and sailing lessons, carting, etc.). Carcassone is the former capital of the Cathars. The impressive Cité houses the largest European medieval city and is a fascinating day trip (30-45 minutes away). Of course there is the fascinating nature for the active holiday seeker (mountain biking, race biking, running, hiking, canoeing, etc). And in the winter skiing in the Pyrenees is an option at 2 hours from the villa. Barcelona is a 2-3 hour trip away.
