The spacious living-room has got doors, which open to the covered terrace. The living-room is furnished elegantly with new furniture. There will be TV with Dutch, German and French channels, a stereo-gadget, a DVD-Player, books and for the children many games and toys. There is internet available. The open kitchen is completely fitted for 6 persons with ceramic-hob, stove, microwave, Senseo, coffee-machine, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. You can go to the sun-terrace from the spacious kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning, doors to the terrace and an own bathroom with a spacious shower with a sit, wash-basin and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, a bath-tub and a wash-basin. Beds: Two beds (90cm x 200cm) and two beds (160cm x 200cm), all with one-person’s-duvets. There are enough wardrobes in all bedrooms. All rooms will have electric heatings, double windows and a good insulating. That is why all cottages will be cool in summer and warm in winter. In the bedrooms there are ceiling-ventilators for the cooling in the summer. The house has a separate toilette in the hall and there are a washing-machine, tumble-dryer and other gadgets for house-keeping, like an iron, a vacuum-cleaner etc.
The swimming-pool (9m x 5m) can be warmed and has a separate terrace with deck-chairs. The pool heater will only be turned on at the request of the tenant at the price of € 45,00 (travel costs and turning on and off). The hedge round the swimming-pool and the playground (toys, swing, glide-track and sandpit) makes this villa great and suitable for (little) children. Near the kitchen there is a sun-terrace, suitable for a large table with 6 chairs. The terrace has got a stone barbecue, too. The covered terrace has got his own place for sitting.
Within walking distance you can find the grocer, butcher and wine merchant, there is a post office and a petrol station.. In the surrounding area you can go walking or cycling; golfing (±20km); tennis in the village itself; windsurfing and sailing on Lac de Jouares; visit the beaches on the coast; or even make daytrips to the larger cities of Narbonne, Carcasonne or Béziers with their tourist attractions. In the winter months the ski resorts are easily reachable by car.
