Villa Eclat is situated on the outskirts of the quiet village of Beaufort, in the heart of the Minervois with great views on the vineyards of the Languedoc. The villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large garden with plenty of privacy and a private pool. There are terraces at the front and back of the villa. On the first floor is a sunloggia. You have access to internet.

In the living room with doors to the terraces you will find a comfortable seating for eight people with fireplace and dining area. You have access to a stereo with CD player and radio, TV with satellite reception, video-recorder and DVD player. There are several books and board games available. You can use the wireless internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, hot plate, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the garage. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with double bed. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and two separate toilets. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bath, sink, toilet and bidet. The villa has airconditioning and central heating. The bedrooms have a laminate floor. Further, there are terracotta tiles on the floor.
In the large enclosed garden with plenty of privacy is the swimming pool (3x6m) surrounded by a lawn. There is an outside shower and there are sun beds available. On the covered terrace at the back you will find a table and a large built-in barbecue. There is parking space for three cars
Historic Chateau Beaufort lies in view and within walking distance of the house. The fantastic wide sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 45 minutes away and offer something to children of all ages ((kite-)surf and sailing lessons, carting, etc.). Carcassone is the former capital of the Cathars. The impressive Cité houses the largest European medieval city and is a fascinating day trip (30-45 minutes away). Of course there is the fascinating nature for the active holiday seeker (mountain biking, race biking, running, hiking, canoeing, etc). And in the winter skiing in the Pyrenees is an option at 2 hours from the villa. Barcelona is a 2-3 hour trip away.
