There is a spacious living room with an open kitchen, which is fully equipped, and an open fireplace. From the living room big panoramic doors lead to the covered terrace with the swimming pool. There is a LCD tv (with English programs).
There are three bedrooms: one bedroom with a bed of 2x90x200cm and two bedrooms with each two beds of 90x190cm. Duvets (single and double) and pillows are provided. The rooms have ample closet space and heating. In the bathroom there are a bath, a shower bath, bath furniture and a toilet. Also there are a hairdryer and toweldryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a big fridge with freezing compartment, a ceramic hob, a cooker hood, a combi microwave, a coffee machine, Senseo, Nespresse, egg cooker, fryer , toaster etc.
The swimming pool of 10x5m has got a royal semicircular Roman stairway. Round the swimming pool there are terraces with a poolhouse and a big BBQ. There are six deckchairs. In the garage there are another fridge with freezing compartment and a washing machine. In the garden you will find a jeu de boules alley.
This villa is beautifully situated in the village Soleil d'Oc-Pouzols and has an exceptional view over the vineyards of the Minervois.Really good shopping you do in Olonzac, which is only a few kilometres away. The fantastic wide sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 45 minutes away and offer something to children of all ages ((kite-)surf and sailing lessons, carting, etc.). Carcassonne is the former capital of the Cathars. The impressive Cité houses the largest European medieval city and is a fascinating day trip (30-45 minutes away). Of course there is the fascinating nature for the active holiday seeker (mountain biking, race biking, running, hiking, canoeing, etc). And in the winter skiing in the Pyrenees is an option at 2 hours from the villa. Barcelona is a 2-3 hour trip away.
