Near Olonzac in the wine-area of Minervois there is the little village called Pouzols. Round about 1,5 km from Pouzols in the middle of the wineyards there is Soleil d’Oc with its detached villa Au Point d'Arrêt with aircondition and a private swimming-pool.
The villa has got a great view over the valley. The villa is completly refurnished and consists of a spacious living-room with an open kitchen, two two-persons’ bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two private terraces.

There is a dining-room in the spacious living-room , TV with digital satellite reception, radio and the electric fireplace for cold evenings, the diningroom doors open to the terraces. The kitchen is completely fitted with a fridge, ceramic hob, coffee-machine, Senseo, dishwasher and combi micro-wave. There are a washing-machine, dryer and an iron, too. There is a table model BBQ from the brand Princess.
In both bedrooms there are two one-person’s beds. The bathroom has a shower, wash-basin and seperate toilet.
There are enough garden-chairs and tables on the terraces, together with a big parasol.
Beside the house you will find the swimming pool (8m x 4m) and around the swimming pool there are sunloungers. Besides the swimming-pool there is a covered terrace.
This villa is beautifully situated in the village Soleil d'Oc-Pouzols and has an exceptional view over the vineyards of the Minervois.
Really good shopping you do in Olonzac, which is only a few kilometres away. The fantastic wide sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 45 minutes away and offer something to children of all ages ((kite-)surf and sailing lessons, carting, etc.).
Carcassonne is the former capital of the Cathars. The impressive Cité houses the largest European medieval city and is a fascinating day trip (30-45 minutes away). Of course there is the fascinating nature for the active holiday seeker (mountain biking, race biking, running, hiking, canoeing, etc). And in the winter skiing in the Pyrenees is an option at 2 hours from the villa. Barcelona is a 2-3 hour trip away.
