The entire villa has its own atmosphere. The villa has a beautiful fireplace in the living room and because of that it is an ideal venue during the winter period. From the hall you have access to a laundry room, toilet, bedroom and bathroom and you can go through an open arch to the salon. The kitchen is fully equipped. Next to the living room is an attractive dining room. From the kitchen you enter the Guest House with two bedrooms, there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. It is also possible to go from the kitchen to the spacious covered terrace through French doors.
Bedroom one has a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Bedroom two has two single beds (2x90x200cm). The bedroom flows into the children's room. This features a bunk bed (90x200cm) and a sofa bed (120x190cm). The master bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning.
Electric heaters/radiators are available in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The villa also offers a flat screen television and free internet access.
The villa has a large private pool of 9x4m2. The garden is nicely designed with all kind of different plants. The swimming pool is surrounded by a tiled terrace. In the garden is lawn with fruit trees and a variety of Mediterranean plants. The villa has a covered terrace at the front with beautiful views of the village and the mountains. The terrain measures 2620 m 2. The garden is illuminated in many places and consists of terraces with a lot of shade from the trees. Next to the villa there is a carport and a separate garage. By the pool is a "local technique" and a small building containing a well. The property is completely fenced.
The villa is located in a dead end street near the village Puisserguier, within walking distance. The village has 2,800 inhabitants and offers all kinds of shops and services. It is centrally located between Béziers and Narbonne, near the sea and mountains, 100 km from the Spanish border and it is close to the ski resorts of the Pyrenees and Andorra. Béziers Airport (Ryanair flights) is just a 30 minutes-drive.
In the middle of the village you will find the Château de Puisserguier (11th century), this chateau is well worth a visit.
