Villa As Mourels is a brand new, spacious villa on a plot of approximately 2000m² with private pool, suitable for eight persons, located in the neighborhood Soleil d'Oc in Pouzols in the middle of the Languedoc-Roussillon. The villa has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. You will have complete privacy and an unobstructed view. The villa is situated at the highest point of the neighborhood Soleil d'Oc and from there one has a magnificent view over the vineyards and forests.

The living room (approx. 60m²) has a lounge and dining area, spacious open kitchen with all modern appliances including large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor. The kitchen is well equipped for eight persons. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and then into the living room. In the living room you will find the television. The room has sliding doors to the terrace, which offers a magnificent view over the pool to the valley behind. From the kitchen you can go to a nice shaded terrace. A washer and dryer are available. There are four double bedrooms, ranging from 11m² to 15m² approx. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the other two are furnished with two single beds. For all beds single duvets are available. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All rooms have a wardrobe. The floors in all rooms are tiled. The villa has Wifi.
From the terrace of the house you go through a few steps to the pool with a size of 4x9 meters. The swimming pool has roman steps. The terrace around the pool is tiled. Here you will find sunbeds. An electric barbecue is at your disposal.
It is surprising what this area has to offer. Lots of art, lots of history and lots of heritage, including the Canal du Midi, built in the 17th century between the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Highly recommended is a boat trip on the Canal du Midi. Also, by bicycle or on foot it is a nice place to stay along the canal, under the shady plane trees. The Languedoc vineyards belong to the oldest in the world. More than 2000 years ago the Greeks brought the wine making and laid here the first vineyards. But you also have to eat and drink. A little further in Olonzac you will find restaurants, small and larger supermarkets, shops, markets, and tennis courts. The Mediterranean is a half hour drive. Spain and Andorra are within a few hours away. The cities of Carcassonne, Narbonne, Beziers and the Montagne Noire are nearby and are well worth a visit. Sailing, surfing, swimming and sunbathing can also on and at the Lac de Jouarres, only 5 km.
