This cosy holidayhouse Aioli is a small simple house for 4 persons. The garden of almost 1200m2 offers complete privacy, a stunning view and is faced south. There is a  private pool of 9m x 5m with underwater lighting. Through years of vegetation you have complete privacy in the house and the pool. The house is situated on a quiet road on the outskirts of the village of Montbrun. The long driveway with cypresses gets you to the house. This villa has air conditioning and you have access to a (wireless) internet connection.

Inside Aïoli

The property has a lounge with satellite TV, radio, video and DVD player, fireplace. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, oven and fridge. Dining area. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A separate bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. The living room has a luxury double wallbed.
For the beds twin duvets are available. In the living room the sliding doors open to the sunscreen covered terrace where you can sit outside to eat. The simple but complete kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster, blender, contact grill, electric hob, oven with grill, fridge, adequate cutlery.
Behind the kitchen is the spacious utility room where a washing machine, a centrifuge, a refrigerator and a separate freezer. There are also a sink and cupboard. This villa has air conditioning and you have access to a (wireless) internet connection.

Outside Aïoli

The swimming pool 9x5m (with pool heating from April 22, 2017). There’s sufficient garden furniture to enjoy outdoors. A barbecue is available.

The pool heater will only be turned on at the request of the tenant at the price of  € 45,00 (travel costs and turning on and off).

Suitability: four persons, one pet is allowed in consultation with Kuypers Verhuur.
